During this week in quarantine, I've played video games with friends and working on school work. As for video games, I've played this week, they are Minecraft, Rocket League, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered. In Help Desk, I've continued my work on Google's Applied Digital Skills website. The activity I choose a lesson on avoiding online scams. During this activity, I created several lists of what were concerns about the buyer, concerns about the email, and receipt. Below are the lists that I created for this assignment. Thanks for reading and have I good weekend.

Concerns about the phone call
  • Buyer in a hurry
  • Demands overnight shipping
  • Says it’s needed for an event the next day for an important person
  • The buyer ends the call abruptly

  • Email from an unofficial email address
  • Uses a third party to send the money rather than go through the website
  • She never remembered giving her email to the buyer
  • Layout and Photos in the email were a little off
